My mum has been staying at the Jurong community hospital for a week. I have been trying to call the general line specific line for ward 5 but no one has picked up the phone at all time. The service is terrible. It is terribly short - handed. Even calling at 9pm the automated service tell you they are experiencing high volume. It is ridiculous. If you are putting any of your loved ones in this hospital pls think again.

Went to life hub pharmacy at level 2 with my handicap sister wanted to buy new wheelchair for her but the sales person didnt allow my sister to try reason because due to covid wheelchair is pricey item if just buy without trying how to know if its comfortable and suitable for her or not Is not just by looking at it you can know is the right one for you or not

My dad was hospitalised for two months and we are not allowed to visit. I was given the direct ward number and only once did they pick up. Following days no one picks up. I only get calls from doctors on my dads updates and his condition is getting worstlack of moral support.

A community hospital for recuperating patients. This is a solution if the patient needs additional care and there is no one at home that can provide such services care. Access to the wards is restricted to 4 visitors per patient.

Wondering what is the purpose of operating a community hospital yet rejecting post operation patient in need of inpatient rehabilitation due to some invalid reason from my point of view. My mum with Parkinson for almost 10years had a fall and surgery last weekend. After assessing her condition hospital recommendation is to let her go to community hospital to have inpatient rehab. Jurong community hospital was chosen due to convenience and proximity to my house. However we were told that application was rejected on the basis that there is nobody to take care of the patient after discharge. Btw my mum is staying with my dad and myself. I feel that as an community hospital operator they should be working with family members to help patients to recover instead of rejecting applicants who are in need of their services. Very disappointed on how this hospital operate. Seems they are choosing patients and disregard those in need.

The distance to one tower (there are 3 towers) to the next is difficult to manage if you have problems walkingelderly

Its probably one of the newest Community Hospitals around in Singapore compared to the likes of St Lukes and a couple of others. If I need a place to recover and do physiotherapy this is where Ill come to as the things are all new and staff are fresh in the business too. Overall very satisfactory service and offerings
