Very unpleasant place to arrive at. We have young ones in stroller and elderly on wheelchair but we were forced to go outside and wait in the heat where all new arrivals had to stand without social distancing no seats no air conditioning.What a terrible way to end our cruise vacation. This cruise centre is a failure lifts and seats cordoned off without regard for peoples safety and comfort. DISAPPOINTING experience

Beautiful place with good signages around and the staff are efficient with the boarding and disembarking process. However there are extremely limited seats for people to wait for their turn for boarding or wait for their transportation after disembarking lack of F&B outlets and washroomstoilets are wet and not so clean. Rubbish or litters can be seen on the floor all around the cruise centre area as well. Definitely need to improve on the amenities and cleanliness

Drive-Cruise 55 for 4 night 45 for 3 night and 35 for 2Night. There is a QR code next to the carpark lift. If you buy when you return you need to wait 10min after purchase for them to update IU in their system.

Very fast movement despite safe entry. Great check in experience here when boarding Caribbean cruise. Staff were friendly and highly efficient

We went for a cruise - 1st time from this new Marina Bay cruise center ... its much bigger than the previous one at Harbour Front ... the Check-in was very smooth and quick ...

This place is full of tourist queueing up for Dream Cruise while I was last there. Queue was nearly 2 hours long hot and stuff under the masks. No one was complaining. I guess everyone was just delighted to be able to get out.Queue was orderly. Folks arrived way before their scheduled time for ART test thats probably why they had to prioritize the queue for folks who came at their appointed time.The worst part was the queue to get into the lift to be tested on the third floor. Thats the part that took a good 1.5 hours for me. After that things went pretty smoothly for the ART test followed by the 30 minutes wait for test results.All this procedure is necessary to ensure folks boarding the cruise are tested negative and everyone should feel more at ease.Mind you after all the testing it is still a decent walk to the customs and then to the cruise. After that its plain sailing. -)

The Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS) is a luxury cruise terminal located on the waterfront with the Singapore skyline as its backdrop. It is the marine gateway to the heart of the city. The venue occupies 28000 square meters equivalent to three football fields and has the capability to accommodate some of the worlds largest ships. An architectural icon the venue has a distinctive undulating roofscape mimicking the breaking of waves on the shore.The terminal has a spacious arrival and departure hall as well as a large ground transportation area to accommodate passengers. These make for very unique venue spaces for events with panoramic views of the sea and the Singapore skyline.The Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore is a recipient of the Building and Construction Authoritys Green Mark Award which is an indication of its commitment towards sustainability efforts.

Nice and comfortable w places to sit have passport and vaccination app ready crowd also due school holidays
