An overall very pleasant stay at the st Regis. Room was beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities and more. Welcome snacks and drinks were presented in the room. Staff was very professional and took care of all our special requests. Little details for the kids like teddy bears and cakes. Including a cake for my husband whose birthday we were celebrating. Spa was beautiful and again staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast and the food in the hotel was great. The whole experience was just very pleasant and it felt like a properly run luxury hotel. Worthy of 5 stars. Would definitely book there again. Also pricing was great as we booked a package which included hotel vouchers breakfast parking coupons etc. All in all a great deal for a luxury experience.

Swimming pool was a letdown but the room was amazing and up to my standards. The bathroom is the absolute best. Big spacious and impeccable. Room service was superb as well - I did not encounter any delays and the food was to my liking. Portions were huge as well. 1010 would stay again.The only con would be the walking distance to the main Orchard shopping belt.

Went for afternoon tea set. The food looked very nicely done and there were soup and mousse dessert on top of the cales on the multi level tray.Sweet cakes and the scone were very nice. The salty food could be better especially the cake with the red dragon fruit tasted a bit odd.Very nice selection of tea. The St Regis Blend was good.

It was our first staycation and everything was amazing Perfect to celebrate your anniversary. Loved the touch of details from the gorgeous petal flowers on the floor leading you to your super yum chocolate cake (free one). And just gorgeous on everything From a room that makes you feel like a royal up to the tremendous service of all of the staff. P.S. dont ever skip the superb breakfast )Also a perfect spot easy to go for a nice wandering around and discover lovely restaurants. A must book hotel in the city for your family. Kudos to all the St.Regis team for top-notch service.Worth every penny Definitely a highly recommended place.

Stayed at St Regis for a birthday celebration. Service was great and the room was one of the nicest and most comfortable hotel rooms Ive ever stayed in. I dont think the furniture looked dated - if youre not partial to this style there are lots of other hotels with more modern furnishing.Had to minus one star for the breakfast. It was not up to 5 star standards at all and I had an upset stomach after eating breakfast.

This is truly a 6-star hotel. Hotel exudes class and an authentic heritage feel. What impressed me was the professionalism and hospitality of every staff - such sincerity from the bellmen to the front office and even the F&B crew. Highly recommended

We booked the hotel for my daughters birthday and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has kindly upgraded our suite and prepared a cake and fruit bowl for us. The staffs are very welcoming and professional. Special mention goes to the lady who checked us in - Shannon. She was amazing very patience and professional.

The experience of staying in one of the luxurious hotels in Singapore is so worth it. The ambiance feels cozy warm and inviting.Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Simple call to the concierge will grant your request they even gave you a complimentary cake upon arrival (special requests when booking).Food is amazing and taste great you can tell if you have special requests for your food in advance food allergies less salt less spices or whatsoever you desired.Cuisines comes in different flavors from western to local cuisines with special menus for the day.Pool facilities and gym facilities needs to be booked in advance once check in as per covid protocols.Of course not all is all good and perfect our experience was a mixed bag of good and bad like booking a pool on the first day. We were unable to book because it was fully booked even though there were no one using the pool.Food served was a bit salty on the salmon but that salmon was amazing it feels like butter that melts in your mouth once eaten.Breakfast time was 3 out of 5 we arrived around 1015 for a late breakfast or just a brunch but was served around 1110 and they forgot one of our menu and replaced it with another one since that was the only thing available. They are preparing for lunch time last order is around 1030.All in all it was an amazing experience definitely recommended and will come again.
